February 2016 NA RR - Glendive

At first Glendive was a great hunting and fur trading town. In the year 1880 Northern Pacific Railroad caused the people to crowd in the area.  It has had the title of being a cattle empire. It also is famous for Moss Agate found in the area of the Yellowstone River.

All that information gleaned from the back of the card.  The only thing I didn't know was where the heck Glendive is.  So my bff Google informed me it's in Montana.

Fistbumps to Rocky for this beautiful card from the Madonna Inn in San Louis Obispo, California.  I love this card!   The back reads: "Your quest for the perfect honeymoon or anniversary suite i s over! We hope you will never forget your special day or your stay in our Love Nest.  Your view from the cupola will confirm that you are on top of the world!  The decor is pink, right down to the king-sized bed."

Pink and then more pink  in the master bedroom of Ringwood Manor in New Jersey.  The bedroom is furnished with pieces that were popular during the era when the Hewitt family resided at Ringwood. It's lovely!! Thanks, Michele!
