Germany - Vintage covered bridges

Clauss spoiled me with his official card to me.  He sent me two vintage used cards from his collection and wrote a nice note. They came in the most beautifully decorated envelope to top it off.  Thank you so much Clauss.  I do feel very spoiled! 

The top bridge is Chapman's Bridge in South Carolina. This bridge was built in 1912 and is still standing.  The card is postmarked 1972.

The lower bridge can be found at Beaverkill Campsite near Livingston, New York.   This card is postmarked 1954!
