Another wonderful postcard from Paige!  This delightful motel was located at 2201Kimberly Road in Bettendorf, IA.  Beautiful 58 unit motel - air conditioned - phones and tv in room - guest lobby - some caports - pool and recreation area.  Opposite Davenport's Duck Creek Golf Course.

A quick Google search tells me this location is now the site of a senior's residence.
