Another wonderful postcard from Paige! This delightful motel was located at 2201Kimberly Road in Bettendorf, IA. Beautiful 58 unit motel - air conditioned - phones and tv in room - guest lobby - some caports - pool and recreation area. Opposite Davenport's Duck Creek Golf Course.

Located in San Jose, California the Winchester Mystery House is a beautiful but bizarre 160 room mansion. Home of a former gun magnate's widow it is said to be haunted by the ghosts of those killed by the gun maker's rifles and the widow herself.

The "El Camino Real" or "Royal Highway" is the oldest and longest European Trail in North America. The Mexican side is a UNESCO site and the American side was named a National Historic Trail in 2000. Love it!
