February 2016 NA RR - Niagara Falls in Winter

A beautiful view of Niagara Falls in winter.  I'm always happy when I open up my mailbox and find Niagara Falls.  This one is extra special because of that crazy Valentine, Texas postmark.  It is huge and it is awesome!  Thank you, Robin!

Swap - Niagara Falls Maid of the Mist

The Maid of the Mist - my favourite Niagara Falls attraction.  I wonder if the tours by the company that replaced the MoM are as good?  Have you been?

Swap - Niagara Falls

Alida has found the most gorgeous Niagara Falls card ever.  It is such a high-quality card, made even better by the special Niagara Falls cancellation she had done. Perfection!

Swap - Night View of American Falls

This time round Eric and I changed up our regular swap a little and decided to exchange postcards from a postcard book.  I love this vintage Niagara Falls reproduction postcard that he sent. However I wonder if the original would have had such vibrant colour?

Swap - Maid of the Mist DYK

Maid of the Mist is my favourite Niagara Falls attraction!  Unfortunately it has ceased operation from the Canadian side so you need to take it from the American side.  Canada now offers the Hornblower, which I hope is equally as awesome!

June NA RR - Vintage Niagara Falls

Great vintage card from Willa!  I'm not sure how old it is but I coincidentally stumbled across this card on a used postcard site where there was a written version dated 1972.  Willa outdid herself by getting a "Toronto's First Post Office" cancellation. Perfect!!
