My favourite part of this postcard from Sveta is the picture frame at the top.  I loved that Monica framed her peephole.  If I had a peephole in my house I would have done the same thing!

This postcard left Russia in October and finally reached me today - almost exactly three months later.  Worth the wait though as it is a beauty!  Thank you Julia! 

January NA RR - Switzer Covered Bridge

Switzer covered bridge, situated over Elkhorn Creek, is one of Kentucky's hidden jewels.  The bridge, built in 1885, is 120 ft long and was last restored in 1998.
