Swap - Vintage Tretiak!
I was so excited to see this vintage 1971-1972 Soviet Stars card of Vladislav Tretiak in Ann's swap album! One of the best goaltenders to ever play the game. Thank you for adding this to my collection, Ann!
NA RR April 2015 - Abandoned homestead and windmill
Abandoned homesteads such as this one are scattered throughout Idaho, Washington and Eastern Oregon. Windmills dress these farms as a long past source of power for pumping water. Photo by Michael Siegrist Sr.
RAS - Elvis... 35th Anniversary!
Sam innocently wandered into a shop in search of a soda and came out with this fantastic postcard for my collection! You completely made my day, Sam! :)
NA RR April 2015 - Auberge Ramada
Thanks to Christine for this lovely, but now defunct Auberge Ramada postcard. Located in Ste-Foy, Quebec it was eventually turned into a hotel in the Jaro chain. Fantastic looking building!

Turkey - Tulips
I love this postcard from powergy in Turkey! Tulips are such gorgeous flowers and this particular photo is very striking.
Tulips are one of the symbols of Istanbul he writes and they usually bloom in April.

NA RR April 2015 - Mill Race Inn
"Where the Fox River flows under the bridge. Geneva, Illinois.
Built in 1842 our thick-walled Stone Room was the Village Blacksmith Shop of the settlement called Herrington's Ford, shortly to become Geneva. Across the road at the Bennett Mill was built to grind the farmers' grain while they had their horses shod and wagons mended.
Closed Mondays and most holidays."
The restaurant opened in 1933 and served its last meal in January 2011.
